Q: Why does it take up to 14 days to receive my order? 
 Most of our inventory is not kept in Nigeria. We ship your items out of our warehouse in Hyattsville, MD.


Q: What is the status of my order? 
 Your order status will be available 1 - 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply logging on to your account by clicking "My Account" link on the bottom the page. Once you are logged on, you will be able to see information about your order.


Q: What Internet browser do you recommend/support? 
 In order to view the website correctly, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox. We also support Internet Explorer 6.0 and above.


Q: Why was the item in my shopping cart no longer available at checkout?
 The products on our site is live and reflects what is in stock at the moment, so when you place an item in the cart, there is no guarantee that it will be available when you are ready to checkout. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer my purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If this happens, you will get a message in the cart that the item no longer available.


Q: Why is the sale item that I had in my shopping cart yesterday no longer on sale today? 
 Placing an item in your shopping cart does not secure the sale price. Price will change according to the dates applied to the sale. So if the sale expires the today, the price will change to the regular price, even in your cart. So we recommend that if you see an item you like, place your orders as soon as possible.


Q: Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it is been placed?
 Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed. We are only able to cancel orders and/or cancel selected item(s) before the order has shipped. Once an order is cancelled, it may take up to 24 hours before you are able to place new order for the same items. Also please note that if you cancel your order, you run the risk that your selected merchandise will be out of stock.


Q: Do you sell second hand items?
 Never! At Ohmashoes.com, we only buy authentic and first-quality items either directly from manufacturers or their authorized dealers. Please contact us immediately in the event that you receive a defected item.


Q: Are there Ohmashoes Gift Certificates?
 Yes, we offer e-gift certificates, if you are ever unsure of what present to give that special somebody.

Q: What are the rules of using my coupon or discount code 

1.    Example of a promotion: Buy any two (2) items and get the third item FREE. With this kind of promo, for example, if you buy 6 items, you’ll only pay for 4 items and get the 2 cheapest items for FREE.

2.    The free item is always equal or lesser than the most expensive item. For example, if you buy 3 items for N5k, N4k and N3k, the N3k item will be free.

 It should be a memory problem at Internet Explorer. Please do the following:

 EDT - Eau de Toilette. It contains 5 - 10% aromatic compound

EDP - Eau de Perfume. It contains 10 - 20% aromatic compound. It is usually more expensive than EDT and the smell is not as strong.

 Majority of our items are hard-to-find, one-of-a-kind styles so they are limited in quantity.
