Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow 10 - 14 working days from payment confirmation to receive your order. 

Orders are usually shipped to customers within Nigeria via FedEx/RedStar, after it has reached Nigeria. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once your order is on its way to you.

 

Q: What does Ohmashoes charge for shipping?

Ohmashoes is happy to offer free shipping anywhere in Nigeria, regardless of size and weight of order.

 

Q: Why does it take us to 14 days to receive my order?

All of our shoes and handbags are located in Hyattsville, Maryland, USA. Once you place your order and payment clears, it will be processed and scheduled for the next freight forward out of the US to be delivered to Lagos, Nigeria. This process usually takes about 10 - 14 working days, all things being equal.

Q: Does Ohmashoes guarantee the shipping and delivery time-frame listed?

Ohmashoes strives to fulfill all of the orders that we process within the quoted time-frame, but we do not guarantee the delivery time-frame because of factors such as Nigerian Customs Clearing Schedule, Airline Frieght Forwarding Schedule etc.

 

**Please note that Ohmashoes accepts no responsibility for packages that do not arrive within the stated time-frame due to unforeseen freight forwarding challenges.

YOUR ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED WHEN IT CLEARS CUSTOMS AND REACHES OUR LAGOS OPERATION CENTER.

WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS DUE TO THESE UNFORSEEN DELAYS EITHER

 

Some of the challenges that can affect delivery time-frame include, but not limited to:

1.    Cargo clearing inoperability at the Nigeria Customs office due to improper documentation or other decisions known to Nigerian Customs Authority.

2.    Fraudsters intercepting our packages at the agent’s warehouse in the US causing cargo to be diverted.

3.    Natural disasters like heavy rain or flood, inclement weather conditions that prevent delivery to freight forwarders from our warehouse in Maryland.

4.    Festive season – during the festive seasons, couriers and shippers get congested with a lot of orders which may cause delay in their delivery process.

5.    Social upheavals such as wars, strikes, riots and terrorist acts.  

 

Q: Do you ship outside of Nigeria?

No, not at the moment. Please send us an email at info@ohmashoes.com if you are outside of Nigeria to get the shipping cost and confirm if we can ship to you

 

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

At the moment, Ohmashoes does not offer expediting services.
